👄Romeo and Juliet wrote in1597 is a tragedy by William Shakespeare. It tells the story of two young lovers who, despite the opposition of their families, rivals to each other, decide to marry clandestinely and live together; However, the pressure of that rivalry and a series of fatalities lead to the couple choosing suicide rather than living separately. This relationship between its protagonists has turned them into the archetype of the so-called hapless lovers. The death of both, however, implies the reconciliation of the two families.
THE SOCIETY IN THAT ERA
👄The Elizabethan era is the era in English history marked by the reign of Queen Elizabeth I (1558-1603), and until the death of James I in 1625. Historians often represent this period as the golden age of England history. During this period, England experienced an intense phase of economic, cultural and social development. The Britannia symbol was used for the first time in 1572, and often thereafter, to mark the Elizabethan era as a renaissance that inspired national pride through classic ideals, international expansion, and naval triumph over Spain , at that time, his most bitter rival. Judging from some historians, at this time "England was economically healthier, more expansive, and more optimistic under the Tudors" than at any other time in a thousand years.
This "golden age" represented the heyday of the English Renaissance and saw the flowering of poetry, music and literature.
